Working with your personal executive leadership coach will also help you define and refine your approach to navigating these most current uncharted waters and change. Your TPI certified coach will embark on the journey with you in One-on-One Coaching sessions (60 minutes each) that will define, outline and build action steps to support your leadership development and communication growth. Your coach will perform a Coaching Intake Interview to begin to define the scope of the coaching relationship.
